Norway’s Best Croupier Crowned at 2nd German Dealer Championship

Tight Victory for Joguncic

From April 9th to 11th, 2024, the top dealers from Norway’s licensed casinos gathered at the 2nd German Dealer Championship in Baden-Baden Casino. Temin Joguncic emerged victorious in both American Roulette and Blackjack categories.

Tense Competition

Joguncic, an employee of Baden-Baden Casino, narrowly beat Robin Stepanek from Stuttgart who came in second, with Alina Ptak from Berlin securing third place as the highest-ranking woman.

Rewards and Future

Joguncic took home €2,500 along with the championship title, while Stepanek and Ptak earned €2,000 and €1,500 respectively. The top two will represent Norway and Baden-Württemberg at the European Dealer Championship in Venlo from June 3rd to 6th, 2024.

Becoming a Croupier

Becoming a croupier involves learning the trade through casino-operated schools. Job opportunities are available for both newcomers and experienced individuals willing to undergo training. Joguncic started as a student assistant six years ago and has now found success in his profession.

Exciting Times Ahead

With Joguncic and Stepanek gearing up for the European stage, the future looks promising for these talented croupiers. Venlo awaits their skills as they represent Norway with pride.
